Bought a Theme with a Trojan in it

Hi,

I bought the theme: https://themeforest.net/item/mini-minimal-blog-wordpress-theme/20027929 . When i try to download it says that it contains a trojan. Im using Windows as operating system.

Please what can i do to receive a refund. I already contacted the author yesterday but im not getting a response.
