Hello, I am a customer and bought a template by DesireCreator, logo template. In the description it says for Premiere Pro and for After Effects. I do not have AE. Now it won´t open without AE.
Any help, please?

Some authors like to release Premiere Projects that still require After Effects, I cannot understand how this can be any useful for buyers, but this is how it is.
They are required to name this restriction in the description. Did the description mention that you need After Effects?
You can contact the author via his profile page and ask him for a refund or other solution to the problem:
May be you have purchased mogrt that requires ae to run on premiere. Contacting the author will be good idea in this case.
