Betheme BioLab license to Dreamhost

I have been switched to Dreamhost, but the transfer is all messed up with the licensing and my website is scrambled between 2 themes.

I have contacted Dreamhost support and these are the communications:

I do apologize! The issue with the theme licencing is something that
Envato themselves need to directly handle. If you reach out to Envato,
they should be able to get that taken care of for you. I believe they are
providing new codes.

you have to de-register and register again the license. The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author.
