Help please! Betheme License accepted only for one use although I purchased multiple use license

Hello everybody,

i have already purchased the free license of BeTheme, I have updated this then a problem happened. I can instal this theme only by one site (domaine )although I have a license for multiple use.
do you have I dead / solution ?

What license did you buy? There are no multi purpose/multi use licenses available on envato

Regular or extended are both for use on one site
