I’ve been looking for a multi purpose theme (I’m not too WordPress/coding savvy, so these themes appeal to me because they look easy to use!) and I’m having a hard time deciding which theme would be most suited for my website.
My website will mainly offer information about my business (about, services, contact pages, etc) but I will also be blogging periodically and one of my concerns is if content will slow these themes down. I plan to have 100+ blog post (I think this is what they’re called?) in the future, and I notice both of these themes are very graphics intense (slideshows, different features).
My question is, which one of these two themes would be most suited for me? And if there are any other multi purpose themes out there that you would recommend, please do!
*Edit - would also like to know if these themes are great with SEO!
If you’re finally decided to buy one of those two ; I can say that both are fantastic themes. They are already used by thousands of members, and will do in the future. Both are supported very well as you can even see from the item comments. The loading speed is just up to your host when it comes to those themes. And 100+ blogPosts are just nothing, both will handle your needs easily. To be honest, you’ll not even need most of the features those fantastic themes are offering.
Coming to SEO, maybe some others would love to convince you on the opposite but, SEO is NOT rocketScience, and things are dramatically changed regarding to SEO over the last few years. The best you can do is just going with a NonCompetitive niche (let’s hope your’s is not), and providing value to your visitors. It takes time and there are no shortCuts. If you try to take a shortCut , Google will already penalize you. You may even just use a wonderful free plugin called FVSimplerSEO, to just fineTune metaFields (like the “description” and “title” meta fields of your blogPosts). SEO shouldn’t be your concern if your website is “valuable” in the eyes of your visitors. Just have patience and give value to your website’s visitors. Don’t write articles for the sake of “just writing an article”. Don’t even try to buy links from any source, or anything like that. Google is the new Matrix and it knows your website even better than yourself. That will be much safer and will bring good results in the long run.

Good to know, is it then better to create a new account for that purpose?
Sorry to be sarcastic, but don’t see any logic in that. If somebody’s looking for advise I can point them to our theme if I think it’ll help him. Our theme is fully translated to French language which is an advantage comparing to discussed ones. I haven’t opened a new thread for promotion only.
