Hi, I purchased Avada from ThemeForest on 02/25/2021. I used it in a dev environment for a while but forgot about it. Now, when I try to recover the license, I’m getting an error: “The purchase code is already being used on another staging domain.” Entering the purchase code prompts me to log in to Avada, but importing via Envato gives me an error: “There was an error when attempting to register your account. All Avada purchases on that Envato account are already being used on another Avada account.” Can anybody help me?
