AVADA could not upload in wordpress

I buy AVADA, when I uploaded to WordPress theme. there are some problem that could not proceed.
I don’t know how to discribe the problem. Above are some pictures, is there anyone who know what the problems is, and how to solve it?

Avada requires the following plugins installed:Avada Core and Avada Builder.
But when I tried to installed these two plugins. The button is gray, and show me some Error.
When I go to Dashboard welcome, and want to Register my product. I creat the token and wrote it in the blank. But it show “Invalid token or corresponding Envato account does not have Avada purchased”
Why? I have bought it and create the token, and now I do not know what elses I can do? Please help me.
