So - does anyone else have loads of issues with TikTok ‘muting’ videos created using licensed AudioJungle tracks? It’s SO annoying, and there is no obvious way to resolve it (like there is with YouTube ContentID.
Is there a way that Envato could reach out globally to TikTok to resolve the constant muting of legitimately licensed tracks?
Are there any other ways around this that people have come up with?

Music submitted by authors for Content ID on YouTube as well as music delivered to TikTok is detected and copyright claim placed because those platforms protect copyright owners. Otherwise anyone could use their music 1000s of times without actually licensing. What you need to do is to dispute such claims providing license and claims are then removed. TikTok is different than YouTube and there you need to submit an appeal through their Counter Notification Form which can be found in their support center under Copyright. There is no other way and it doesn’t depend on Envato.
