Are licence certifates and Themeforest Api matched to specific downloads

Hi there, I bought serveral (5) licenses for Enfold (for 5 websites). Now one site does no longer exist, can I use the same license code to build a new site? Or do I need to pay and download a new version of Enfold for that?
