Approved & Soft Disabled

Just got email about approving my Item

But my Item is Soft Disabled without any comments or suggestions about what to fix.

Can anyone help what to do ?




Please check in Hidden Tab and I hope you will get the reason of Soft Disabled if you check history (History Tab) of the item.

Otherwise please Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team will be happy to assist you.

Your item got Soft disabled and you don’t know why so in this case to fix it you have to contact support for details because no one in forum can help you in this case. So, please contact support. Thanks
