Annual Refund, Change To Monthly

Hey, hope everything is going good with everyone.

I recently purchased a Envato Elements annual plan by accident and meant to do Monthly. I don’t care if it gets bumped up and I save less. I just can’t afford to pay the entire year right now, and wanted to wait and make sure my client is really gonna commit to long term. If anyone in support can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I am strapped for cash at the moment.

Hi GritGrizzly,

It seems you haven’t paid the annual plan yet, so I think you can just ignore the Annual subscription and purchase a Monthly subscription.
