You need to improve everything - make a new, better template.
This design is extremely generic with non-uniform color palette and uninspired typography.
You need to improve your design skills greatly before your next attempt.

Ok, I’ve just took a look at your post history and with all due respect, but you are just wasting time of reviewers and community members. You won’t improve in a week, not even in a month. You need to put some serious dedication for at least few months to see some results. Again, you can’t brute force your way here. It won’t happen without some hard work.
