Adobe CC 2015 can't save EPS while keeping font live.

Hi
Does anyone here know how to save EPS 10 while keeping the font live in Adobe Illustrator CC 2015?
when I save it in EPS 10 my font keep being outlined or asking to update to the font source.
But if I save in EPS CS or above 10 it is okay and font still live

Put kerning 0 (instead of auto) before saving the .cc file to .eps 10. The text will remain intact and editable.
