Add additional users to main Envato account

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to add another user to an Envato account? I have a client who has purchased various items across envato. It would be ideal if they could add me as a user of their account so I could download updates etc for them.

No, your client will not be able to add you in their main account mean your account can’t access their account to download product.

I think this would be a valuable feature for agencies.

Unfortunately there’s too much risk of it being exploited.

Several steps have been taken to improve the process for agencies and clients alike including guest checkouts, tokens, the plugin that give access to updates etc.
