Giving access to your Envato account to other people for customer support purposes

Hi,

I have a person who will be handling customer support for me in the near future and I would like to give him access to my Envato account as well. I know for a fact that other authors are already doing that, but I’d like to know if it’s allowed by Envato and is there a way to “secure” your account so that accidents don’t happen. Like deleting items, changing payment information and other settings.

How are you guys handling this?

I think you can make an account and make it part of your “Author Team”:

You can create a new account for your person and add them to the team.
