Our agency is developing websites for customers. But our ThemeForest account is link to a single user. How could we give access to our web technicians to the ThemeForest account, so they can easily download themes updates, without giving them our admin login? Is there a way to add users to the account? Or link another user to our account? Or create an agency account?

It’s really a pity. I guess there are thousands of agencies with the same problem. It’s not possible to have only one person with access to our Envato account, but it’s too risky to share the unique user credentials with all the team. Not sure how we will solve this.
