It’s where you need to provide a demo working version of the theme or plugin.
Envato don’t create the item previews you see on themeforest or codecanyon - you have to build and host those.

I can provide demo video but here asking Demo URL. so how to create it ?
You have to create a working version - look at other plugins for sale on CodeCanyon and the “live previews” that demonstrates it in action/the output etc.
It’s impossible to advise without knowing more about what the item does exactly
Sorry about this comment, it’s not personal but if you’re having trouble to understand the basics of the system and if it requires someone to explain how it works, maybe, being an author is not good for you, you’d be probably getting rejection anyway but good luck.
