Why my balance ( Available to withdraw ) is less then my earning ?

Seriously more then 60% is subtracted from the main item price and got 40% as a earning than after showing less balance then the earning.

What’s going on ?

What is the benefit for me do sale on envato as a Exclusive Author ? :disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved:

Item price is 39 and got 21 as earning and after checking balance show less then 21. Very Disappointed :expressionless::expressionless:

Check your statement page, it’ll show exactly what’s going where. Green for the item price you get, red.for the authors fees that are deducted and orange for any taxes that are also deducted. Minus any purchases and that’s what you can withdraw.
