4K & HD Submission?

Can anyone tell me, if I’ve uploaded some stock footage in 4K and it’s been accepted, does envato automatically create a HD version for sale also?

If not do I need to create the exact same pack but only in HD and re-submit?

You can, if you want to sell a Hd version as well.
