I shoot footage in 4K, does Envato plan to convert this footage for convenience of buyers, and sell it in Full HD? … and will it be correct if I myself send two identical footages to send in 4K and Full HD? … Thanks.

As of no such provision of conversion in envato, But you can simultaneously upload both 4K and Full HD, that is allowed. Good luck
