I can upload footage in 4k to my exclusive account and full hd to a simple one?
Would that be correct? Sorry for my English.

Yeah a different resolution version wouldn’t be classed as a different item for the purpose of exclusivity… so while you could upload 4k to one account and HD to the other, that doesn’t mean you can then sell the HD version elsewhere, even if it’s on a non-exclusive account. As a result, you may as well upload them to the same account as there’s no benefit to uploading them separately.
