3D Neon kit! - Help me - i know nothing from AE!

I bought 3D neon kit by you from Videohive

we can put 2 text line in this project
I put animation on the first text from the control panel
but i want that animation exactly for the 2nd text too!

i tried so many “myself ways”(i’m not so familiar with AE)
but it didn’t work!
how should i do that?
i do even went to “parent and link” for the control panel and changed it for 2nd text
but it didn’t work
