I download the theme gym-health-fitness-medicine-html-template-2022-09-16-12-32-23-utc (1), and I searching by the zip on files but don’t found. My shop is hosting on Shopify

Looks like it is a HTML template and not a Shopify theme - won’t work.

So what do i do?

Depends what the issue is.

If what you bought was a HTML template then it will never work on Shopify and you would have to choose a different item.

If it is just that you are trying to upload the wrong folder then you need to locate the theme folder only.
