I installed it on my WP Elementor site, but the image hover effects do not work.

Issues with the display or rendering of pages on your site are down to plugins and customization. For example if you have a caching plugin or other plugin causing script conflicts, or if you cusotmized the item and did not set the effect, or if the addon used (for example, the team images) does not import hover rules and expects you to choose them.
