15 July is Saturday. Saturday and Sunday are weekends. So it seems that the withdraw will be processed at 17 July which is Monday.
What has the weekend got to do with automated payments?

They won’t.
Because it’s been clarified since the beginning! If you search for withdrawals in the help pages, it clearly states, and always has done, that if the 15th falls on a weekend, then you’ll get paid on the next business day.
I would have preferred Friday, but that’s just the way it is.
