I recently bought a shopify theme off a author on this site WP BINGO and it wasn’t fit for purpose so I had complained. I later found out they have access to my code and have copied my whole design and are now selling it for £19 on here what a joke i’m so frustrated with this company what a scammer a whole year of designing for this company to rob it thank god I am trade marked!
It happen to me as well not just once…
It’s hard to register/trademark the whole design, they may have some “inspirations” at some point but it’s a big accusation that they “access” your code and “copied” whole design.
I have checked their 19$ items, it’s pretty common design approach and there’re lots of other authors who’s using the same/similar design approach.
