Correct - they just recently got rid of their Hosted platform and decided to partner up with some other hosting companies. More info on that here: Web Hosting Packages for ThemeForest WordPress Items
In the future, you can contact DreamHost for hosting issues, but they wonât be able to assist you with theme or plugin problems: for these you will need to contact the authors of those themes and plugins.
@wpbakery has an official process for deactivating a license so you can use it on a new site; instructions are available at this link: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/wpbakery-page-builder-how-tos/how-to-deactivate-and-reactivate-license/
If youâre for some reason unable to access the pages described in that article (e.g. âmy email login claims I have no licenceâ), please do visit your downloads at https://themeforest.net/downloads and verify that youâre logged into the correct account with which you purchased the WPBakery plugin.
If you have multiple Envato accounts, you can also try logging into their support site with another browser (or incognito window) in case itâs logging you in with the wrong one.
