Hey guys.
I need to update wp bakery/visual composer but my licence code is locked
I have a paypal receipt

There does not seem to be any support email to directly contact and my email login claims I have no licence.
Not sure whether my site has become distorted to routing, or whether visual composer needs to be updated.
I have emailed envato hosted with support ticket but not sure how much their support goes now I am told we are transferred to Dreamhost.

Correct - they just recently got rid of their Hosted platform and decided to partner up with some other hosting companies. More info on that here: Web Hosting Packages for ThemeForest WordPress Items
In the future, you can contact DreamHost for hosting issues, but they won’t be able to assist you with theme or plugin problems: for these you will need to contact the authors of those themes and plugins.
@wpbakery has an official process for deactivating a license so you can use it on a new site; instructions are available at this link: How to deactivate and reactivate license? - WPBakery Page Builder Knowledge Base
If you’re for some reason unable to access the pages described in that article (e.g. “my email login claims I have no licence”), please do visit your downloads at WordPress Themes & Website Templates from ThemeForest and verify that you’re logged into the correct account with which you purchased the WPBakery plugin.
If you have multiple Envato accounts, you can also try logging into their support site with another browser (or incognito window) in case it’s logging you in with the wrong one.

If I deactivate / activate again the license Can I change the url in the same time?
