Hello colleagues!
We uploaded our new WordPress theme on April 21st 2016 and still have not got any feedback from the review team. Contacting support didn’t solve this problem. When we uploaded the theme, the average wait time was ~35 days, now it’s 7 days (http://quality.market.envato.com/themeforest).
Did anyone have this kind of problem before? Are there any known reasons for such a long delay?
We need to be sure that our theme won’t get lost in the review queue, because we are just starting our ThemeForest journey.
We will appreciate any help, thank you!
