Will an Envato studio support person install my Newspaper Theme upgrade?

Hi There,

I want to upgrade my Newspaper 9 theme to the latest Newspaper 11 - but would like the support of a professional to make sure it all carries over smoothly and I don’t have a long list of bug fixes and reformatting to do afterwards.

Is this a service that is offered?
I can clearly see they can help with new installations, but does it count for upgrades too?

Ideally I’d like them to take a look at how the site is pre-upgrade (Most notably the Homepage layout, and CSS), then carry out the upgrade and ensure that the site looks more or less the same as before.

Can you help please?
