I am looking for some honest feedback on why my plant pack has been rejected. I would really like to start selling some illustrations on this site and I am not sure what I am missing.
I think they look really nice, however, did you supply a vector file? I think with these sort of illustrations you need to include a vector file with the item, which could be why it was rejected.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I did not include the vector files so maybe that is the problem. However, the rejection said “we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.” so it makes me think that it was something other than that.
Ah, yea usually that message means that the reviewer didn’t think the item was done well enough to be marketable, but personally I don’t see anything wrong with it, it’s nice and simplistic and stylised, I could see these being used for lots of stuff.

this is hard to tell if the vector is the issue or not indeed … they may consider that the concerned style is not modern or commercial enough , this is hard to tell but as for me i tend to believe as @XioxGraphix that the vector thing is a major thing as regard to the marketability of your item indeed
Thanks for your comment. I was told in the rejection email that I cannot resubmit the file again but if I rework it and include the vector file do you think that would that be considered a re-submission?
hi i think that they would hard reject it again in the best case and potentially suspend your right to upload if they consider that this is “abusive” resubmission
i have personally never seen a hard rejection for technical reasons , apart from vector files not having all paths closed …
