Just making sure I’m right on this - I need an extended license to use music in a TV ad but not to post the video containing the music on social media? What about social media ads?
Also, how do I upgrade the license on music I purchased with standard license?

A TV ad would require a Music Broadcast (1million) license if it’s on local TV, and Music Broadcast (10million) license if on a regional channel, or a Music Broadcast and Film if the ad is to be broadcast on national or international TV.
An ad on social media would require the Music Standard license.
You can contact support to upgrade your license should you need to.
