I used to have a lot of purchased plugins in my “DOWNLOAD” page.
However, there are only a few items left in my “DOWNLOAD” page now. The plugins I bought were relatively new, they must not be expired.
So, where are my plugins???
I want the download files and license back!
Are those missing plugins not visible in your Downloads at all or do they have " Download not available" message near to them?
Not visible at all.
Assuming these were purchases from the main marketplaces e.g. CodeCanyon and NOT envato elements, then you are almost certainly looking in the wrong account, as items cannot be ‘removed’ entirely.
Even those taken down from the marketplace would still be there, just marked as no longer available
