I bought a source code of an app in February but now the code have some issue I talk to the developer and he told me to download new version of code from codecanyon. But in my downloads section I see nothing even I though I purchased the code. Is there any way to get the source code.

Once you have logged into Envato, then you should see your downloaded items that you have purchased via the Envato platform.
If you cannot see the download in that section, then it would suggest to me that you did not originally purchase the item through Envato.
You have no buyer badge so it was not purchased using this account
do you have another account?
did you download it from elements?
Sorry guys the problem is solved. It was my second account i just got confused with same usernames.
I think the author meant the latest version of the purchased item.
Please download your purchased app from your Dashboard Download tab. Go to Downloads and download from there (Assuming you are loggedin in envato market).
