Yeah, my guess is they have it tipped up too high like a standard monitor. When I do use the faders, I put it as flat against the desk as I can, but since I don’t spend too much time in that mode I can’t speak to arm fatigue. The only other slightly annoying thing is depending on the angle, I maybe have to turn off the light closest to me to avoid reflection/glare. All in all I’m glad I got it but I can’t say it changed my life. I think if I had a standard monitor and just bought batch commander separately I might be almost as happy…

It is adjustable…but it would be a pain, requiring removing the equipment first so as not to get crushed when you manually do it haha. I made sure I could as a fail-safe in case I absolutely hated working standing up – but I love it, so I’ve never adjusted it after initial setup.
