What should I do if Video Template files are missing?

I have downloaded a few files from envato some work other don’t - the ones that don’t either give me a mesaage that this cannot open or the files that belong eg a premiere or an after effect file is not with the folder.

Which means I cannot use the template downloaded - please can I get some help?

Make sure it is not just a case of the file path being wrong rather than them ‘missing’
