Looking for inspiration I found this Milky Way panorama and I start thinking of a 3D representation.
Working at this galaxy I felt the joy I had when I first started to learn AE.
Galactic Journey Title Sequence
Its really hard work! wish you good luck! I hope it works great for you⊠I am also having similar story as you but its on way
This track is one of my best tracks, I love trance style
Hey there! Probably I most proud of my track Halloween https://audiojungle.net/item/halloween/13101105
I written it on the eve of a holiday. The mood was appropriate. I was inspired Burton movies and wanted to write something cool, with a catchy melody and a fast pace. Melody has turned in my head the rhythm too but I have found in my library was not one of the key âhalloweenâ sounds. A Harpsichord. I was so upset. After I stopped crying, I synthesized the sound in xpand 2! (if you know what I mean). Everything was perfect!
As a result the track more than once been bought by the enhanced license. With this track I got my first trend. He is pleasant to my friends. I hope it will to please me with sales in new Halloween.
Hi,
For me it will be onTrack - IT Asset Management.
Started work on this item because I needed something like this to help me with my work of IT Outsourcing for different small clients and I couldnât find anything good (at a reasonable price).
Now I am thinking of leaving the it outsourcing business and becoming a full time Envato author
The item weâre most proud of is our main product - wpDataTables plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/wpdatatables-tables-and-charts-manager-for-wordpress/3958969
Itâs the item which really helped us to switch from freelance to a proper business, build a team in a âproper officeâ with developers, support team, SCRUM workflow, a development and release plan for months in future, etc. Our âbig goalâ is to become most noticeable in the niche of data managers (CRUD), tables and chart managers for WordPress, and weâll keep the development going. By the way more items to come soon. Weâre really thankful for Envato for the opportunity!
Hi, The item i am most proud of is this
I love sports and it is my personal favorite, i created it in a way that it fits any sports.
it is something which i would love to incorporate in my showreel.
This is the soundtrack Iâm proud of, cause it helped me to break through into cinematics and got great experience in scoring films. Envato allows you to be heard by many people from all over the world and sometimes itâs your lucky chance. I wish all of you to have such an opportunity here!
Hello,
The item I am most proud of is my baby, userTrack. I have been continously updating it based on bug reports and user feedback.
Itâs funny that I donât remember how I started creating this item, the good thing is I have system versioning to help me remember a bit. The first commit date is December 30th 2012. It seems like I had a âfunâ New Yearâs eve as there are commits with a lot of changes on December 31st and January 1st 2013. I assume it was some drunk coding I did (given the fact that I donât actually remember that time).
Hereâs a quick GIF of the commit history:
Itâs interesting to see how some of the first lines of code that were written are still in the current app untouched. During those four years of updates itâs was always funny how I sometimes bumped into pieces of code that SHOULD HAVE NEVER WORKED, I mean, they had stuff like if(a==1) a = 1;
and I was expecting later for a
to be equal to 2
, and it, surprisingly, worked fine for a couple of years.
While the sales were never over the top, I kept working on the script hoping that one day it will become something big. I am now struggling to find my time between improving the script and marketing it, as having the item on CodeCanyon alone is not enough to ensure your script gets noticed.
Now, I am pretty happy with what userTrack has became and that the buyers are thankful for the script, but still a bit sad that in all those years of hard work I never managed to âhypeâ the product enough, or at least get featured somewhere, even though I tried reaching out to bloggers and app reviewers.
Some tips for authors creating scripts on CodeCanyon, based on my experiences:
-
Itâs NEVER the buyers fault. If your script doesnât work because the buyer did something, make sure that your script doesnât let the buyers do that something again. Did one buyer enter the price of a product with a dollar sign at the end when it should have been integers only? Add validation and automatically remove stray characters. Did one buyer fail to install your product because he set one path wrong? Make your script such that the paths are automatically detected and make sure the default paths are relevant. You get the point: if something could get wrong, make sure it doesnât.
-
Having a great item is nothing without great support. The buyers need to know that someone can help them in case they get stuck with something or they have a problem. Itâs very frustrating to pay for a product that has a flaw but thereâs no one that you can report that flaw to
-
Like what you do. Being a CodeCanyon author I assume you like programming but this is not enough to love working on a certain item. If you like creating games, create games. If you like creating WordPress Plugins and know the platform inside-out, create WordPress plugins. The best part of being an author is that YOU decide what you work on, so make sure you choose the things you love.
-
Donât be afraid to do slightly more complex stuff or learn new things. The time you feel the biggest accomplishment is not when you complete something you know you would, but when you finish creating something that you thought is impossible for you or that you thought you will never be able to learn. When I started working on userTrack I was a beginner with JavaScript and asked several questions on StackOverflow to know how to do certain things. For some questions the answer was: âitâs impossible, you canât do thatâ, but I have learned that everything has a solution, although it might not be straight-forward.
To sum it up: I loved working on userTrack and I will continue working on it most likely because I always had a competitive spirit and when a buyer reports a bug or asks for an interesting feature I take it as a challenge.
To keep you motivated you have to keep doing interesting things.
Interesting = hard, new or passionate about
Thanks!
Cristy
Hello all Basically iâm proud of all my photoshop actions but two of my photoshop actions that stands out for me is https://graphicriver.net/item/blueprint-photoshop-action/17256701 and https://graphicriver.net/item/colored-draw-photoshop-action/17272696 and that is because believe it or not one a day i was digging up some old boxes and found my long time ago draws from school,so many memories and nostalgiaâŠAnd then the idea came how to create digital draw and made these two actions based from school years when you learn to draw by hand.So yes my inspiration was the school the draw markers the sketch blocks only this time is way easier with one click lol.
Best Regards
SimNa.
I am most proud of this item, because my daughter helped me with the vocal chants when she was 5 years old. It makes me smile every time I hear it, every time I make a sale on it, and every time she sings!
This is the item I am most proud of. Itâs called âThe Ice Stationâ after the Matthew Reilly novel of the same nameâŠan action adventure story. In the book our hero saves the day at the Polar ice cap and whilst that helped me visualise the composition there was a bit more going on in my life at the time that drove the music. I had just battled cancer, my cats had died and my house set on fireâŠall within 12 months! I needed to write something to help express myself and let go of emotional baggage and this was the piece I put it all into. There you goâŠpeople seemed to like it as well which was a bonus
Just because I like it. Itâs complexity. It was tricky to write and record.
Hi,
I am really proud of this item https://graphicriver.net/item/-landscape-travel-agency-brochure/16139289 is because itâs really special for me. I created this item just after my honeymoon at Coxâs Bazar sea Beach in Bangladesh. That was surely the happiest moment of my life. Even in this item I used my wifeâs photo taken at that beach during our honeymoon. Thatâs why this item made her smiling means a lot to me. So this item always give me a fresh reminder of that happy moment.
Thanks.
Hey, DomHennequin
I most proud of my "Pixel Art Kit"
I love pixel art. It was a great way to study, develop my skills & promote this style throughout designers.
6 month of try&fails, few times starting from a scratch, bug fixing and all to maximize usability of this project for myself and all future users.
And, at one point, it was so exhausting that I wanted just to finish it. But the most interesting part was the feedback and real users needs, that inspire me till this day to create new updates and dive even deeper in to this awesome style. Studying background drawing techniques, Titles, Icons and other ways, that I couldnât think of, until my colleagues gave me the feedback and started to push me to new level.
Thanks & Go Pixel!
Love that book!
We are especially proud of our pioneer product InstaLink. Its first version was released about one year and a half ago. In those times, Elfsight company didnât even think about entering plugins market. One day our developer decided to create this Instagram plugin just for fun. No serious intentions. Just an attempt to try something new.
As we remember, InstaLink was accepted with no problems on Envato. But we didnât even think that we will sell this plugin more than 10 copies. Our team was full of wonder and admiration when the plugin was sold for the first time. Moreover, it was a real surprise, when the number of sales continue to grow and didnât stop at 10, 20 or even 100 copies.
It took some time before we realized an enormous potential of Envato market. In the next several months weâve changed companyâs sphere and started a full-time support of our first-ever creation. Our path wasnât and still isnât an easy one. However, the result worth it all. We keep learning lots of crucial aspects of plugins development and its promotion.
As one year past, weâve released 3 plugins and even more additional versions for various CMS and weâve got many ideas for next projects. Even so, InstaLink is very important item in our portfolio. It gave a birth to our bestseller InstaShow and convinced us to go further in plugins development.
Thank you,
Regards, Elfsight
This is one of my songs that I like. The longest I have worked on the percussion in this track.
https://audiojungle.net/item/upbeat-inspiring-indie-pop/17186328
This is another track that I like. I did it for a long time, so it does not have the best quality for me, but I did it more for myself and not focused on commercial trends.
I have a very interesting point - https://videohive.net/item/parchment-scroll/10079871
Simple animations of the unfolding of the scroll.
Base this point I have used in a commercial. And then for some reason, decided to modify for videohive - did better animations, make cool texture (most of the time spent on it), and even recorded sound file. And then, I put and forget about it.
Imagine my surprise and a half years after the download!
This is the most popular image in my portfolio! And it beats up for sales all the files in my portfolio.
I do not know, but maybe the fact that love and diligence with which I have been doing this video?)
I most proud of this item: https://audiojungle.net/item/the-magical-way-to-amazing-dreams/1865400
This item has a perfect mood of mountain road to a sea at a sunny day. Itâs a magical way to amazing dreamsâŠ
