Ok, so I just purchased a template, just realized it’s not compatible with Weebly or WordPress. The cosumer’s fault…I get it. But what are these themes compatible with, where can I set up the template I purchased. Like is there a tutorial or something out there. Please forgive me, just a small business owner trying to set up a website without having to spend thousands lol.

This how-to guide from @WPExplorer is a good starting point - it covers how to install a Wordpress theme, and the differences between wordpress.org and wordpress.com.
The most popular item types on ThemeForest are generally Wordpress themes (which you can use on any self-hosted version of Wordpress), or Site Templates (standalone websites, which don’t use Wordpress at all). Which item have you bought? If you can post a link to the item page, the community should be able to help you out
