What happened to my upload?

Hi all,

Sorry, this might be a very basic question but it is my first time submitting something to graphicriver (presentation template) so I’m not sure what the process usually is.

For four days there was a note on my dashboard clearly showing that the template I had submitted was in a queue to be reviewed. As of today, that box is now gone - BUT, I have not received any emails about what the decision was, nor can I see the file anywhere in my author account.

I know they are meant to send you an email if you get rejected. Do they send emails if you get approved as well? Or is it likely that I have been rejected and just haven’t received the email yet?
