Yes use CMYK and ready for print , formats eps and ai and free font
my personal opinion, the rounded and spike element is not well blend.
and the M is to specific, try replace M with more general element, and make the round and spike be more please to see, or just use spike alone or round alone. If you say, there is plenty specific elements in this market and they got approved, well sometimes the reviewer are being subjective, so play safe.
