If it’s not under “Hidden items” it’s hard rejected. You cannot re-submit the hard rejected items.

I personally suggest not to waste your time on creating item for Envato. First of all, it’s really hard and random to get the item approval, secondly, the sales are not good enough as before.
Which platform do you recommend as alternative to envato in manner of good sales?
