i have written several times. In trying to set up my directory, I am unable to add any listing levels, thus cannot charge for services. Can anyone help? i fill in and submit and nothing shows.

I have not been able to sort this out.
I had purchased the product from Envato & paid to have someone come in and help but they didnt understand so I canceled the request.
I have version Version 1.14.6
