Want to know if a free stock image with a blurred model can be used in a Flyer Template.

Hi guys,

I’m in the process of designing a flyer template, and I was wondering if the image I’m using for it will be an issue, as this guideline states.

The image is from Unsplash (which allows use for any purpose), but it has a model in it. It is blurred, but I’m not sure if it will still be considered a recognizable person.

Do I have to blur the face further or can I use it as is (which is what I want to do… )?

I don’t think you will get away with that - the person is clearly still recognisable
