If I alter enough an image can I include it in a flyer?

Hi, I want to include a photo of a model in a flyer by making digital art with it, is that permitted?

Like the image I’m attaching per example.

Your item can’t rely on an image which you don’t own or have the correct commercial licences to adapt

Thanks. What if it’s an image free for personal and comercial use from a free download photo site?

I doubt they would allow it simply because envato are discouraging the inclusion of any assets (beyond a demo) regardless of how/where they are from

The best option would probably be if the image was your own
