I Want to convert WordPress version of Rexain.
Is it good enough design to avoid rejection from themeforest?

It has barely any sales in almost a year so probably not a wise choice and don’t forget you have to have permission and buy out or profit sharing with the original author if it’s based on an existing template

You may still get rejection, having the HTML approved doesn’t guarantee WordPress would get approval.
