I want to use a video of envato elements (stock videos category) for a music video, i want to know if will the license and copyright be a problem? This music video will be published on YouTube.

You can use it with no problem. Dont forget register project license for all downloaded and used video. It’s better if the name of your video on YouTube matches the name of the project.
