Hi

I just made a music video for my band using a bunch of footage from one specific creator.

I know we can use it on YouTube. But what about VEVO, Apple Music and services like those. Since we want to promote the music of our band with a music video, we need understand where we put out the video legally.

Are those item from Elements or Marketplace, as start?

I don’t think it’d be a problem:

But you may have to deal with some “take-down” notice on YouTube and other platforms, as it’s been reported on the forum few times, it may cause some issues. Check the latest forum posts, if I’m not mistaken I have read in the last 7-15 days some complaints about the buyer has to deal with some issues.
