I just purchased Image Map Pro because I thought I had an introductory version of it on my WordPress site (it had no activation code). But it turns out I already own through your site, and which you didn’t bother to tell me about before you took my money!

In any event, the purchase download code does not activate the plugin.

You can’t with single-end product license. You will have to purchase copies to use on multiple-ends.
