Urgent: Purchased theme, not able to activate it

Hello,

I have just purchased a Newspaper theme on ThemeForest, but i can’t able to activate it.

I tried clearing the cache on the site and all. And I am using the right Purchase Key from TF.

Site I need to activate: windowsland.com

It’s very urgent, please fix this asap.

I tried reaching tagDiv support too, no response yet.

Hi,

I have replied in the email you have sent us. The issue was caused by the cache used, the theme is now activated properly. All the details are in the email, please check. Let us know if we can help with something else, preferably by email if possible.
