Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me. I am not very experienced with WordPress and I bought the Avada theme and installed it locally. I made some mistakes in managing the site and I thought of reinstalling it 3 times locally. After installation, when I enter my Item Purchase Code, this message appears: “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.” I tried contacting customer support without any response. Can someone help me solve it? My mistake is only due to my lack of experience. Thank you all.
